Spaces
A space is a folder you share with a group of people.

Why it matters
- Everything for one group lives in one place: files, apps and people.
- It's a real folder on your computer, so it keeps working like one.
How it works
- Each space is a folder on your computer. Files you drop in sit inside it, and you can link a folder that lives anywhere else on your disk.
- Members get everything in the space. Anyone else gets only what you publish.
- Roles decide what members can do: viewers read, collaborators add, edit and publish, admins also manage people. You're the owner.
- Members keep a synced copy on their own computers, so they can use the space while you're away. What they change comes back to you.
- A space has one link. Reset it and the old one stops working.
Set it up
- In the control room, choose New space.
- Drop in files or link a folder.
- Invite people, or copy the link.
